                              導師與研究領域、方向:

                                  張敏,博士,北京大學深圳研究生院副教授, 深圳市海外高層次人才“孔雀計劃”B類人才。香港科技大學電子及計算機工程學系博士,西安交通大學微電子系碩士及學士。博士畢業后加入香港半導體業界從事集成電路先進器件的設計開發。2012年加入北京大學信息工程學院,目前作為項目負責人承擔國家自然科學基金、深圳市科創委創新創業專項、基礎研究布局項目等數項。已發表SCI及EI檢索國際論文90余篇,及國際會議邀請報告10余篇, 專利授權及審查10余篇。
                                  目前主要研究課題包括納米電子器件、柔性可拉伸器件、二維材料器件、柔性與可拉伸電子、生物電子集成、納米電子器件、微顯示與先進顯示、VR微顯示控制芯片等。

                              目前主持的主要科研項目:
                              1. 深圳市學科布局項目:柔性可拉伸碳納米管陣列薄膜晶體管關鍵技術研究;
                              2. 深圳市學科布局項目:VR微顯示關鍵技術研究;
                              3. 深圳市基礎研究自由探索項目: 應用于電子皮膚的碳基柔性可拉伸傳感器研究;
                              4. 企業合作項目:先進顯示集成電路研究。
