                              本人近年來致力于新型電子器件的研發及其物理機制的探討,并首創運用超臨界流體技術改善器件的特性。主要內容包括:1、阻變存儲器(RRAM)結構、工藝和物理模型;2、超臨界流體技術在維納電子器件中的應用。如,RRAM,UVC-LED等等。研究主題不僅致力于創新性,并且有多項應用技術突破,透過各種材料分析與電性量測技術,達到將超臨界流體創新應用在電子材料領域的目標。
